Please ensure that you have the correct mailing address before placing your order. If the incorrect address has been submitted, please contact me immediately before your item leaves the shop. If the item has been shipped to the wrong address due to a wrong entry, any additional costs for replacement will be at the buyers expense.
Aluxie is not responsible for errors made by carriers. If your item is delayed past the ETA tracking, you may contact them directly to file a complaint.
